South African model and fashion entrepreneur Candice Swanepoel has been announced as the latest patron of mothers2mothers, following in the footsteps of Annie Lennox and Salma Hayek.

Swanepoel, a long-time supporter of the HIV charity, will promote women’s empowerment in sub-Saharan Africa in her new role, and commented 'I am inspired by the incredible work done every day across eight nations by the HIV-positive women mothers2mothers employs as Mentor Mothers to end childhood AIDS and help women and their families to stay healthy and thrive...
